The location was unbeatable and great for traveling around Lourdes, short walk to the Shrine and all shops, the sanctuary, shops and restaurants and restaurants. The staff was welcoming, always with a smile on face.

Loved the convenient location if you're into trains, Bigorre Valley, Pic du Midi, and Tourmalet. The hotel offered me newspapers and a fax machine, which I totally needed during my vacation. And who doesn't enjoy a continental breakfast?

The location was absolutely AMAZING, right near the main square with the Sanctuarium. The dedicated lift outside was a game-changer, especially when we were tired. It was so convenient to have shops and restaurants nearby. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, even assisting us with ordering a taxi to the airport. Such a pleasant surprise!
